Use of our Online Shop
We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. By using this website shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in your country of residence. For this reason, we may refuse an order at our discretion and orders may not be transferred from the customer to any other person. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order if all details required are not fully captured.
Payment
Payment can be made online by debit or credit card. We accept the following: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Your payment details will be encrypted to maximise security. Authority will be requested at the time of payment at the checkout. Your account will be automatically be charged for your order once it has been acknowledged. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items. Highland Liquor Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value of the order to the cardholder.
Prices
All prices are in GBP (Great British Pound). The prices are clearly set out in our website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any V.A.T payable, But exclusive of delivery costs. You will be advised of the delivery cost for your area at the time of the order being accepted. We reserve the right to alter prices of our products at any time without prior notice.
Shipping
All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail. For UK deliveries please allow 7 working days from clearance of funds. Currently we are only able to ship within the UK.
Stock Availability
All of Highland Liquor Company Ltd's products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Returns and Refunds
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to those ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 days of delivery. We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Highland Liquor Company Ltd will refund accepted returns within 30 days of you notifying us about the return. The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding employees and their immediate families of Highland Liquor Company or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
The promotion begins on Saturday 16 May 2020 at 12pm and closes on Friday 22 May 2020 at 12pm.

No purchase necessary.
The prize is two bottles of Seven Crofts to be delivered to two addresses within the UK, one bottle to the winner and one bottle to the person nominated by the winner. No extras are included. No alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.
The prize winner will be selected within 12 hours of the competition closing.
Prize winners will be notified within 12 hours of the draw via Facebook or Instagram. If the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
Losing entries will not receive any notification.
In all cases the promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Highland Liquor Company accept no liability or responsibility for entries lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.

The Competition and these Competition Terms shall be governed, construed, enforced and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes, controversies and/or claims arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or these Competition Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
