Three months rested in a cask that started life in America as a bourbon cask, followed by a second life at Worthy Park in Jamaica where it aged rum for four years.

The base gin, like all of our experimental series gins before it is the product of various distillery trials in developing new products. The gin has picked up some tropical notes with some vanilla sweetness from the barrel wood.

We recommend serving this one neat or over ice with ginger ale and a slice of orange.
